The crime on WPT was solved in a year

Fallsview Poker Classic Festival that is held inthe Canadian city of Ontario became well-known due to one spectacular event. The tour of the game took place in a large Fallsview casino, the competition was organized under the aegis of World Poker Tour. The players paid 1 100 dollars of an entrance fee to participate at the final table. However, the gamer qualifying for the victory at the tournament couldn’t finish his leadership part. Right during the competition the player was arrested, and had to leave for a police station.

In few hours it appeared that Harnam Sin Matara was that arrested player. He was indicted to have stolen 5 thousand dollars at the last-year tournament. Such unpleasant event happened in Montreal where the regular stage of World Poker Tour was held.

The most interesting detail in this story is that the stack of Harnam Sin Matar remained in the game even after his owner was taken in charge already. He could even take the third place, and win a prize of 90 thousand dollars. It occurred due to the generally accepted rule - the stack takes part in a game even in a case when its  owner can't continue competition for some reasons.
