Texas Hold'em, also known as Texas Hold'em poker, or simply Hold'em, can be called a "king" of poker, as it is the most popular and widespread version of this card game. Its popularity, and according to the statistics it is played by about 90% of poker enthusiasts, Hold'em acquired because of the relatively uncomplicated rules, incidence among online poker rooms, dynamics and spectacular games. Of course, the lion's share of popularity was brought by the fact that Texas Hold'em is a leading discipline in all major poker tournaments, which are widely broadcast on TV. And, of course, No Limit Hold'em games at the tables with the high stakes, which give an average viewer a thrill, as they see the size of the banks.

There is a deck of 52 cards without jokers, and from two to ten participants in Texas Hold'em. In the online version the player can simultaneously occupy several boxes, that is, to play the game at several tables. At the beginning of the distribution, each player gets two cards face down, called "pocket cards". Next, five cards face down are taken to the felt one by one, they can be used by all the players at the table. Texas Hold'em distribution consists of four rounds or rounds of betting. The player, who composes the strongest combination of two pocket cards and five cards on the board, is the winner. Alternatively, the winner may be the player, who, as a result of the round of betting, made the opponents throw up their before the showdown.

There are 4 types of Texas Hold'em, depending on the limits type:

  • with a fixed limit – each round has a specified betting limit;
  • no-limited – the player is allowed to put any amount of chips;
  • pot-limit – any bet is allowed that does not exceed the bank size;
  • mixed – a game, where the type of limit is varied periodically from a fixed for an unlimited one, andvice versa.
